Why the name 'Gregsta'?
The name 'Gregsta' came about during my teen years and started out as a joke but I slowly embraced the name and thus decided to DJ with it. The name is meant to represent what I am all about; a playful and fun attitude towards work. Work hard, play harder!

I want to get into DJing but don't know what to buy!
DJing is an art-form as much as a science. There are 3 predominant areas of DJing that you can start from, each offering advantages and disadvantages. Vinyl is the 'classic' method, giving more control over a record and is more to do with hand-eye co-ordination. CD DJing is all about knowing your records inside and out and learning the cue points. MP3 DJing is becoming more and more popular as technology advances but you lose the hands-on feel you would get with the other 2 formats. My advice is to purchase 'How To DJ Properly' for an in-depth look at DJing. It's helped me a lot!
Also, the VERY basics you will need are a set of decks, speakers, an amplifier, headphones and a mixer.
What is your favourite track of all time?
My tastes vary wildly from week to week but a long-standing favourite of mine has to be 'Bullet In The Gun'-Planet Perfecto. The tune never fails to give me Goosebumps everytime I hear it and the lyrics strike a chord with me!
